  Extremely terrible hair dressers who doesn't even know how to do a simple cut. Not professional at all!

  They were amazing. A family member went to get her haircut there. She was cutting her hair for cancer so the hairdresser put her hair in ponytails cut it and then did the haircut she wanted. She loved, said it was amazing and would go back there any day.

  They don't even deserve Any stars at all!! Pathetic attitude of the staff and absolute liars! I went to get my hair cut done and the staff said come on in and she started being friendly and talkative. I already told her whar hair cut i wanted and she said yeah okay that's fine but still in between i kept reminding her as she was talking so much. Anyways, after a while she said oh let me ask my colleague if you could give you the haircut what you want coz I can't do it. I was like what the hell!?? Then the other colleague refused to do it. And yes i also paid which I shouldn't have!

  If I am paying $300 for a session do not come up and try to rush my hairdresser. Let her do her job properly! If it takes two girls to do foils because they are going off quicker than expected dont come up and harrass them to hurry up. I dont care that there are customers waiting, the model is first in-first served and I'm paying good money to not have my hair wrecked!

  The service and result of my visit on Saturday was fine but there is one thing I take issue with. Either the management or the business model of Salon Express does not put the customer or the staff first.
