    Utterly dreadful "service" there today. Ignored by all staff who were busy with other customers. The manager went on his smoko break whilst I was still waiting to be served. Eventually after half an hour of waiting, the manager returned and asked me to wait (or return) in 15-20 minutes, saying he would be able to help me then. Upon my return he was serving other people, so I waited another 10. When they left, he sat me down at a chair, and went back to the service desk, served every other person waiting, then proceeded to do stuff on the computers. He never returned to me. I left after about an hour of waiting in total.

    Not able to contact them in the shop and not able to contact Telstra directly. What is their problem

    Bad service. Young man was very inexperienced as he did not know the products at all. More training on customer service and product knowledge is needed at this shop.
